 FAQs

  • Pricing depends on the day and type of rental:

    • Fri/Sat Public Show: $500 (6 PM–1 AM)

    • Full Day Friday: $750

    • Full Day Saturday: $1,000

    • Full Day Sunday: $1,000

    • Half Day Friday: $400 (11 AM–6 PM OR 6 PM–1 AM)

    • Half Day Saturday: $600 (11 AM–6 PM OR 6 PM–1 AM)

    • Other dates/times: Must be quoted by management.

  • A rental is ONLY confirmed when the contract is signed AND/OR full payment has been received.
    Events cannot start until paid in full — no exceptions.

  • No. All payments are 100% non-refundable for any reason — including cancellations, schedule conflicts, or no-shows.

  • Yes.

    • Meetings/signings during business hours = free

    • After-hours meetings = $40 staff availability fee

    • If you no-show an after-hours meeting, your date may be released and the $40 fee added to your invoice.

  • Yes.
    Your booked time block includes setup, decorating, event time, and full cleanup.
    You must be completely out of the building by the end time.

  • There is a $100 late-exit fee for every 15 minutes past your end time, rounded UP.

  • Renters must:

    • Bag all trash

    • Take bags to the outdoor dumpster

    • Return empty trash cans inside

    • Clean minor spills

    If you do this, staff will handle bathrooms and floors.
    If you don’t, additional cleaning fees may apply.

  • No. Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed, except approved wine with a corkage fee.

    All alcohol must be purchased from the Beat Drop bar.
    Any alcohol violation = immediate event termination with no refund.

  • No. Alcohol purchased or brought inside cannot leave the building under any circumstances.

  • Yes, but with restrictions:

    • Minors allowed onsite until 11:00 PM

    • Must leave at 11 unless bar is closed & it’s a Mon–Thurs event

    • Underage drinking = automatic event shutdown with no refund.

  • Yes — in fact all private events require outside catering.
    The Beat Drop kitchen does not serve large event groups.

    Food must arrive fully prepared.
    Warming trays and chafing dishes are allowed.

  • Yes, but with restrictions:

    • No helium balloons (they get stuck in the 30ft ceiling → $400 retrieval fee)

    • No open flames, fog machines, glitter, confetti

    • No adhesives or hardware unless approved

  • You get access to:

    • Tables & chairs

    • Stage

    • Screens

    • Sound system

    • Lighting

    • Private restrooms

    • Private entry

    Seating can be rearranged or removed upon request.

  • For public/ticketed events (concerts, shows, etc.), yes — renters must supply:

    • Door help

    • Ticketing help

    • Event coordinators

    • Crowd managers

    Beat Drop provides security, janitorial, and AV engineering only.

  • The renter is fully responsible for:

    • All guest behavior

    • Any damage to the building, equipment, or property

    • Any claims, injuries, disputes, or legal issues

    Beat Drop is held 100% harmless.

  • You must fill out:

    • Event type

    • Full event description

    • Date & times

    • Guest count

    • Alcohol use

    • Catering details

    • AV/stage/seating needs

    • Signatures
