  • 10×10 Premium: $75 (by request)

  • Stage: FREE for classes, lessons, music, demos

Tables/chairs included for some spaces — you may bring your own.
Power available (bring extension cords).
Valid UBI or EIN required.
No fresh-prepared food indoors (pre-packaged only).
Outdoor food vendors must be self-contained ($100, no hookups).

  • You pay for your booth each Sunday you vend.
    It is not a one-time payment for multiple weekends.

  • No. Each booth is reserved for one business only.

  • Yes. All vendors must have an active UBI or EIN number to participate.

  • No pets allowed inside the vendor market except approved service animals.

  • No, we are not accepting MLM businesses at this time.

  • You are officially confirmed ONLY after your invoice is paid.
    We never request payment through DM or social media.

    • Tall cocktail tables: 42" high, approx. 3×3 ft

    • Short tables: 36" high, approx. 3×4 ft
      You may bring your own tables and chairs.

  • Yes — we have 110v outlets throughout the event center.
    Please bring your own extension cords and power splitters (must be in good condition).

    • Load-in: 8 AM – 10 AM

    • Market Open: 10 AM – 4 PM

    • Load-out: 4 PM – 5:30 PM

  • Allowed:

    • Pre-packaged food (sealed & labeled)

    • Cottage food–approved items

    • Crafts, art, jewelry, clothing, décor

    • Services & info booths (family-friendly only)

    Not Allowed:

    • Fresh-prepared food or anything heated/cooked on-site

    • Food requiring refrigeration or temperature control

    • Adult products of any kind

    • Open food handling indoors

    Outdoor Food Vendors:

    • Must be fully self-contained (no hookups)

    • Must have proper permits

    • May sell hot or freshly prepared food outside

  • Yes! The stage is free for:

    You must be prepared and know how to safely operate your setup.

  • Yes! Beat Drop is an all-ages restaurant venue until 11 PM on Sundays.

    • Karaoke all day in the restaurant (8 AM–11 PM)

    • Vendor Market 10 AM–4 PM

    • Line dancing + live DJ starting at 7 PM

    It’s an all-day community hangout with food, drinks, games, and entertainment.

  • Yes — our full kitchen and bar are open all day during the event.

  • Yes. Confirmed vendors receive a load-in message before each Sunday event.
